During the first year at SARCOM, I was a traveling engineer supporting several large customers in the Central Ohio area. After a year of traveling, I became an onsite Engineer at American Electric Power.

Determine Customer needs and propose hardware and software solutions.
Plan and implement migration of OS/2 workstations to Windows 95 and NT.
Integrate Windows workstations and servers into LAN Server environment.
Implement unattended installation procedure for Windows 95, NT, and office applications on wide variety of PC hardware.
Plan and implement migration from static IP to DHCP environment.
Plan and implement enterprise FAX solution using DOMINO.FAX.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on LAN Servers, NT servers, DOS, OS/2, and Windows 3.x, 95, and NT workstations.
Network performance tuning of workstations and servers.

During my four years at Goal Systems, I had the opportunity to plan and maintain operations of the IBM mainframe environment as well as support the microcomputer environment.
